Beekeeping experience

Step into the fascinating world of the honeybee with our immersive, hands-on beekeeping experience! Whether you are a nature enthusiast, looking for a unique gift, or simply curious about where your honey comes from, this two-hour session offers an unforgettable glimpse inside the hive.

We will start with an overview of the honeybee life cycle, the different roles within the hive (worker, drone, and queen!), and essential safety instructions. We provide full, professional-grade beekeeping suits and gloves to ensure you are completely safe and comfortable.

The Hive Inspection. We will open up a working hive together. You will learn how to use a bee smoker, lift the frames, spot the elusive Queen Bee, and see fresh nectar, pollen, and brood. We will wrap up the experience by answering any lingering questions, followed by a tasting session of our delicious, raw, local honey.
